Why can’t my mother understand what I am going through? Is it so hard for her to understand that I am IN LOVE? Can’t she see that my love for the one man that makes me happy is true? I feel like I’m sinking into a sea of anxiety and I just can’t get my voice back, the voice my heart wants to speak from.

Me, I’m gonna keep loving him and she’s GOING TO UNDERSTAND… that NOTHING is going to keep me away from him. She’s better off just believing I’m 18 and that my life is my life.
